Randy and his crew are one of the best. They've taken on multiple disaster response job's at once, and still made each homeowner feel important and cared for.
A flooded basement, even if it is only a few inches of water, is one of the worst events you can experience as a homeowner.
It was refreshing to have Randy and his team assisting us with our drying process. They responded promptly and were very patient and professional. I was given a few different phone numbers and companies to contact to help us with the restoration process, but Randy was the first one to respond and got us on the schedule at our convenience.
I hope that we never have to hire a restoration company again, but if we do, we will definitely call Randy's team at Absolute Restoration.
